Delivery Information:
U.S.: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days of your order being placed and will normally arrive within 1-6 days from shipment date.
All orders sent to a PO Box must be shipped via a USPS method.
UPS business days do NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
USPS business days do NOT include Sundays or holidays.
After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, UPS will return your package to DEStech Publications. All return freight charges will be passed on to the consumer.
Canada: Orders are shipped within 2 business days of your order being placed via UPS International Standard or USPS Priority Mail and will normally arrive within 6-15 business days from shipment date. Customers are responsible for all customs/duty costs.
All Other Countries: Orders are shipped within 2 business days of your order being placed from the US via Direct Link Worldwide and will normally arrive to the intended country within 6-15 business days from shipment date. Local postal services are responsible for final delivery. Customers are responsible for all customs/duty costs.

Shipping Cost:
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on shipping location, quantities ordered and the weight of the heaviest title ordered.
The chart below shows our shipping and handling charges for the first title ordered based on shipping location and the weight of the heaviest title ordered.
An additional cost based only on shipping location will be added for each additional book ordered.
- US: an additional $3.00 will be added per copy of any book, CD or Flash Drive.
- All Other Countries: an additional $12.00 will be added per copy of any book, CD or Flash Drive.
